The villa has 2 separate buildings, a main building and guest house. The main building is a 2 storey building that consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms at the second floor, while downstairs offers you comfortable closed living & dining room with a fully-equipped modern kitchen, 1 guest bedroom, guest toilet, media room, gym room, storage room and staff quarter (2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen for staff). The guest house features 1 big bedroom with 2 queen size beds that is separated by a bathroom. All buildings leads out to a private pool and garden with ocean view.

Price per-night includes breakfast, electricity, fiber optic internet, tv cable, pool maintenance, gardener and cleaning staff. The villa is also available for monthly rent.
